Some words from Rachael – Activewear has taken me through so much in life – not just my daily fitness plans. I’ve travelled the world in it, met my husband wearing it, and even gave birth to my two babies in it! The first thing I do when I get out of the shower in the morning is put on my leggings and a singlet. I immediately feel motivated to do something productive, whether that be a workout or not. I love feeling strong, confident and connected to my body. Activewear is a core element in my life and it’s been a dream ever since I was young to create a range – growing up with sport and spending most of my time outdoors. Now, combining my love of fitness, fashion and feeling amazing, is perfect.

Suited for all physical activities, including cardio, yoga, meditation and stretching, B.O.D by Finch includes a combination of styles and shapes which cover the full spectrum of athletic and lifestyle needs.

With the rise of sports luxe and athleisure trends we now see active wear as part of our everyday wardrobe. With this in mind the range has been designed to include layering pieces and traditional fabrications, such as fully fashioned knitwear, which can comfortably be worn out for a coffee or during school pick up. The range has a very relaxed vibe which is a reflection of who I am and where I grew up. The colour palette is minimal in our favourite staples – black, white and grey’s and is mixed back with a hint of pastel in beautiful, soft patterns.

With our busy lives, it’s even more important to stop, nourish, and nurture our body and mind. That’s why I created Body by Finch – a place for women to reconnect with themselves, find fitness, a wholesome way of eating, and a holistic approach to everything health related.
