The Robards Method is Tim’s training and wellness program – with 5 Levels, over 300 workouts and 70 recipes, there’s  a training program for every fitness level.

It’s based on three key concepts:

MOVE RIGHT – Movement is freedom. How can you move better to give your body what it requires to live an exceptional life?

EAT SMART – Your body is a complex machine with thousands of biochemical reactions occurring ever single minute. Are you using the best fuels from your environment?

THINK BETTER – How can you identify the emotional, physical, biochemical and electromagnetic stressors in your environment?

The program is based around wooden gymnastic rings and accompanying straps, which can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels and are so easy to travel with – you can do everything you can do in a gym without equipment or cost! You’re then guided by the app for your program which has workouts, recipes, and other tips to guide you on your way, with in-person calls from Tim, amazing competitions for regular challenges and more!

Chiropractor B.Sc(Ex.Sc) B.Med.Sc, M.Chiro

Tim Robards is a talented Chiropractor, human biomechanics enthusiast, TV personality, Speaker, Inspired Educator in Health & Wellbeing and all round Fitness Fanatic. Tim was initially inspired to health and well-being by his grandma through her practice of Chinese massage. From an early age Tim received regular massage treatment and realised the benefits of having a healing touch and a skill with your hands that you can use to help change people’s lives.

Tim’s love of sport and figuring out how things work led him to study physics and then an Exercise Science and Rehabilitation degree. This background has given Tim a great platform to work from as he is now a Doctor of chiropractic. He is a firm believer that if you don’t use it you lose it! Tim worked for many years as a personal trainer, rehab provider and chiropractor. His passions are not just treating people’s pain, but mentoring them to all round better health and thriving in their environment!
